Re: Cart Lab's Red Orange skin
Carrie at BCS Engineering (thanks, Carrie!!!) helped me fix the problem.
When I first installed the new skin, I completely deleted my "skin1" directory and then FTPed the new skin to my main X-Cart folder. That may have been the problem.
At any rate, I re-installed the original skin and THEN copied in the new skin, allowing new files with the same name to overwrite the old ones. Finally, at Carrie's suggestion, I went to admim/Summary and cleared my templates cache (near the bottom of the page). Now the site displays properly!
Just in case any of you have similar problems....
