Some of the products I ship are shipped from the warehouse here, all from one manufacturer (our own obviously).

Every other manufacturer drop ships from their warehouse.

1. I need the ability to set certain shipping markups more specifically somehow. I was thinking that being able to set it by manufacturer would work well.

2. When I set a flat rate shipping charge on a certain product, say $5, it applies that amount to all shipping methods. So if I am trying to set ground ship on item1 to $5, it sets ground, 3day, 2day, and next day all to $5. Is there a way I can set those values more specifically. Also, I'd like to be able to eliminate certain shipping methods for certain products.

3. I'd like to offer free shipping on some stuff, but only for ground, and still have normal rates apply on the other shipping methods.

So the question is, what can I add in, or buy, or whatever to be able to do these functions?
