IE is really tough with CSS...some things it ignores completely (min-height being one of them). If the web was only built for Firefox alone, things would be a whole lot easier wouldn't it?
In any event, you may want to check with Boomer, he wrote a completely CSS skin for X-Cart and may be able to offer some pointers.
