What I'm trying to do is rather using multiple images for "Thumbnail", "Product Image", & "Detailed Image".....I would prefer to upload 1 large image and have it automatically scaled.

You would want to scale that image serverside using ImageMagic rather than just serving up that huge image and having the browser do it...unless you wish to lose all your customers
