Yes, I agree it's a little confusing. Lots of bugs have been worked out in the first two updates. I'm still seeing problems with upgrading a <4.1 store to 4.1 so that is a little tricky, but a new install of 4.1.2 works very well. The only problem I'm having now is that some third-party mod developers are not yet providing their mods for for 4.1. However,
BCSE is doing an excellent job.
