First bug found, with a brand new installation of version 4.1.2.
In the "Admin Console", under "Modules"....when I try to disabled some of the default modules it will not save the new settings after I click on "Update". After clicking "Update", the screen would refresh and come back showing those sames modules still being enabled with the box checked.

I have also done a fresh install of 4.1.2 and have no problems with the disable of modules.
If i disable them and click update i do not get the problems you are getting mine all works fine so thats very strange.
