Default Some CSS Help

Hi All,

I am a newb when it comes to X-Cart, but I do have some programming experience as well as HTML. But design, graphics, CSS, layout, all that stuff just has me confused. I have two questions for now.

1. I was editing my help zone pages and for now, I have them written up in plain html. Nothing fancy, just a breif introduction and the an ordered list answering FAQ questions. This can be seen here.

My question basically is, say I want to make the FAQ have the question in bold text and the answer to be say in a small floating box with a different color background, how do I get this done in CSS? I have been fooling around with the style1.css file, but I really find it a mystery. I think for some people this is trivial, so maybe some explanation would help me understand this concept.

2. Secondly, another CSS question. On the top of my pages I have a nav bar with buttons (HOME, ABOUT US, etc.). These are currently not rollovers, but plain boxes with white writing. Can this also be achieved via CSS? I would like to take out any extra graphics so it will speed up the site. Appriciate all your help in advance.
