At the moment we are also working on a translation for the 4.1.X version. As this version is not stable yet and things are changing very often we need some more time to finish our translation.
We'll also try to offer a upgrade patch from the version 4.0.18 to version 4.1.X There are a lot of changes between the version 4.0.18 and 4.1.X, the 4.0.18 translation will not work on the new version.
