Ok, after really trying hard to figure this out before I posted it I have figured it out right after. If any one else wants to know...When you are setting up the Product Options just select the Option Type as a variant and that way you can control the price, wieght, amount, and order number.

The only problem now that I see is that if you have several product options and one of those products options is out of stock it will have a pop up box that says out of stock but it won't specify which option is out of stock so that the user doesn't know wheter it was option 1, option 2, or option 3, unless they try all the different combinations. How can I actually hide the product option if it is out of stock?
