Ok.. I can not figure out how to move the bottom.tpl up directly under my home.tpl. Everything is forced to the bottom of the browser. See it here:

I've looked at the bottom.tpl but I do not see any height= or align= tags anywhere.
Where is this code that forces it to the bottom of the browser?
