Also Shisha - How come you have the sitepal on every page even though most of the time she/it does not say anything? I wonder if your pages would load faster if that was not on there all of the time.

I am going to go to their site and see if I can read up on how you make it say different things at different pages. I think this would be a very helpful tool during checkout. I have always heard that your web pages need to blatantly tell people what to do next so they are never wondering what comes next. There are times in xcart when it is not obvious what you are supposed to do next in the checkout process. I have already highlighted some areas and enlarged text to help with this situations. But I want to be very careful of and very concious of shopping cart abandonment.

Is there a thread (or maybe you can just tell me how you did it) that shows how to get an extra square/text box on the left or right hand side? For example: I would need a new one for sitepal, and my help one is starting to get crowded also.
