I have read (for about the last two hours) every thread on this topic. I've edited the Languages/lbl_terms_n_conditions and it doesn't add anything inside the "box" under Terms and Conditions, in fact, it becomes part of the link to the left. I've messed with the template conditions.tpl under the help and I cannot figure this out. I just want to add a couple of sentences, that's it.
Extremely frustrating.
