Well there are 3 parts to it - one is the include that calls the speed bar - you seem OK with this, if you can move it somewhere else you are on the way.

The next part, is to put it where you want. This involves editing the tables. This depends on your html skills and how well you know tables. If you can open the file up in a program that shows you the layout it will be much easier.

You basically need to edit the table so that the speed bar is in a cell on the same row as the search bar.

The final part, once you have it where you want is to make it look like you need, as per my last post.
