I did make an attempt to play with it just before christmas. Probably I did not give it enough time as it deserves and I did not manage to configure it well enough to get any useful stats. However my initial impressions were:
- it did not slow down the store
- shop pages which include the sns code do not finish to load on Mac browsers
- perhaps it tries to do to many things. I wonder if it would be better to split it into two seperate tools: 1. Stats analysis (so I can understand how people are using my site) and 2. Customer support (live support/ticket system)
