Does anyone know how it might be possible to provide another means of selecting health products which are linked to specific health conditions / ailments?

eg I want to look up from a list of alphabetically sorted ailments what products I can take for arthritis, so I click on arthritis and the system knows that there are x no of products suitable for that, then I get a list of them to look through?

I have seen this working very successfully on a number of Health & Supplement sites but not seen it done in X-Cart.
