You can do whatever you want with the e-mail templates, but you need to edit them, I cannot do that for you
As I mentioned, the manual (found here:
http://www.x-cart.com/manuals.html) covers which e-mail templates are which very well.
If you are unable to achieve what you want on your own, I would suggest getting a quote from X-Cart to do it for you, or post in the Pro Services - Requests forum.
