after login push back to page
I've created a new page and combined the login and registration into the same page (left coloumn login and password box, right coloumn registration form), which is accesabile from a tab in the head.tpl
currently if the user logs in they are returned to the login/registration page but i've then hidden the login boxs. What I need to know is there anyway to push the customer back to the same page at which they clicked on the login/registration tab?? for example if they clicked on the tab at http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx22.com/home.php?cat=76 they then goto the login/registration page once they have logged in they are pushed back to http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx22.com/home.php?cat=76 This is on 4.0.5 |
your link link to porns and it need click yes to continue...

sorry i was using xxx as a replacement of the actual site name as its not ready to be released yet, in hindsight i should of used http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx22.com/
I'll edit it now. |

Yup thats it, just need to see if anyone has updated it for 4.0.X now :D

What I would do is this:
Edit your register.php to grab and assign the referring page then include it in your register/login form. Then you'd have to edit your login.php and register.php to check for the existence of the post variable you've specified in those forms, and redirect based on it. If you can't solve the issue yourself I'm available for custom coding. |
Cheers Jon,
