Help Zone!
 

I am trying to add new categories to the help zone. How do I do that?

and

How do I make them visible on the main help template? You know where there is Contact Us, Terms and Conditions, Etc..

You need to add your version in your signature. If you're using 4.x, go to Static Pages under Admin. :)

If it is static pages it will show up as bluecat said. If pages you made then you can just edit the help.tpl file.

I am using X-Cart Gold Version 3.5

Where do I go and what's the name of the file I need to update or add? All I see is index.html and shop_closed.html

Login as admin to your store click on edit templates and then you will see the help.tpl file in there. You can edit all your sites skin files right through admin.

How do I put the _faq section in there? I'm a newbie. :roll:
