fixed width, how to start
Hi,
I'm used to make pages from scratch, I've no problem making a centered fixed width page using tables. But I used to make them with Dreamweaver, so it's now adjusting to HTML. I think I can manage this, if I only knew where to start! Take a look at http://hobbyhandig.webfontein.nl/test/test.html The green stuff is 900 pixel wide. And the bottom should stay at the bottom. There should only be pink left and right. Which files do I have to modify to get this result? Please help me out, I feel really stupid for not knowing this. |
Welcome aboard,
bets thing to do for starters is to read the forum rules, forum faq, xcart faq in members area etc. this will give you a jump start the file you need for that question is rectangle_top.tpl |
^ Like shan said. I normally accomplish this by putting a table open in rectangle_top.tpl and then a table close in rectangle_bottom.tpl
