logo at top of page
 

I've just installed x-cartv 4.0.4 and want to change the logo at the top of the page. I know that it is stored under skin1/images directory.

Is there a limit on the pixel size of any new file I create. The default x-cart logo is 244 x 67 pixels.

If I turn off the speed bar, can I have a logo that stretches across the whole of the top of the screen?

Yes, you can do that.
You'd have to change the skin1/head.tpl file accordingly.

So I just change the pixel details in skin1/head.tpl and I assume that the holding pixels will sort out any other spacing?

I've spent 2 to 3 hours trying to change the file unsuccessfully. Your solution worked.

Now if I can find out where to change the invoice logo.....
