X-Cart & Dreamweaver MX
Hi all, I am new to PHP and definately do not know any Smarty Language, I am finding PHP hard enough.
Does anyone know of any easy way to customize X-Cart and modify it in DreamWeaver MX. What files would I need to modify to get the site to look like www.gotlingerie.com Any help would be much appreciated. |

Please dont cross post your questions either, once is enough  Try doing a search through the forums and youll find answers to most of your questions. Read the faq at he top of the forums Once youve done that youll have learnt a lot and know most of the answers and then if you get stuck just ask :-) |
Cheers, Sorry for posting twice, I just wanted someone to read it quickly.
I am a bit miffed that I paid for X-Cart yesterday, only to find out the Russia has a national holiday today, I really want to start installing :( |
Bad timing eh,
It will be there first thing in the morning though. |
Hi Shan, is X-Cart hard to intergrate into an existing site.
I am looking at intergrating into www.webwonders4u.co.uk I would like to sell hosting packages, domain names, downloadable DreamWeaver templates etc. Is this easy enough to do. While keeping the look of my site the same. Cheers John |
If you know your way around html and a bit of php the xcart is pretty simple to make look however you like.
There is a method of making xcart keep your sessions alive too for moving around non xcart pages. Have a search around here for plenty of hints / tips and fixes to most things you may need |
