Need help with menu design.
 

How do you change the shape of the vertical menus?
As well as the the other table shapes.
We are looking for something to change the "boxy" look to a rounder look
and possibly change the box to another shape or add bevels to the "boxy shape"

Not sure what version you have, but the template to change should be the menu.tpl file.

Ok, you say change the menu.tpl.

And replace it with what to end up with a different shape "menu box"?

There is nothing built in to replace the file with. If you wanted a table with rounded corners you would have to customize the template yourself to achieve that. I did mine with images inserted into a 3x3 table. Here is an example of my shop(still under design) if you want to see ithttp://www.thecrackedbook.com/xcart/customer/home.php. There are some pretty good tutorials on the net. Do a Google search for rounded corners and you'll find them there.

Or you can create any shape and use it as background. If you only want to change side menu, it is the file: menu.tpl.
