X-cart with Ebay auction # feature
 

It's been ages since I posted here but I did run a search to see if my question had been answered. I've seen the Xcart Ebay addon but that's more of an external feature than an internal one.

I've created a special Ebay payment URL for my Xcart shop at: http://auction.moonlight-toys.com (classy, no images, but maybe NWS) and have a few simple calls to determine if a person is browsing item number 121 to then disable freee shipping, coupons, etc. It works pretty well but I really need to add an Ebay Auction # to the product and I havent quite figured out how to do it.

I imagine another field in the database would be in order and some modifications to the cart page.

I'm flush out of time to work on Xcart development these days so if anyone has any simple solutions Im open to them. Alternately, if anyone would like to get paid to whip this out for me I'll gladly accept reasonable offers.

Why don't you just add a product option to it?

Enter one without any options and x-cart displays a text box entry box instead. That way they have space to enter the auction number.
