Display "make payments to" at checkout
 

If a customer selects "check, money order, or cashiers check" as their form of payment I would like to show a message "Make payments to: XYZ Company...address" on their receipt.

If they use checkout with CC they shouldn't see this message. Anybody know an easy way to do this?
