how do I change the meta tags and description
I am using ver 4.0.1
product pages show as this

x-cart is still showing

how do I show my details

If it is in the meta.tpl
how do I change it to show my description

Open the "meta.tpl" and replace the content of description and keywords with your description and your keywords.

Think this is what you are looking for
 

I started at 4.03 but I think this applies in v4.0

Go to General Settings in the admin
then click on SEO options
you can change the META Tags "Description" and "Keywords" there

you can also go into the products pages and set particular keywords for that particular product there.

I am using verions 4.03

I found the SEO menu, but can not find where to put the keywords at the product level.

Is there really a filed to enter keywords ?

in which submenu ?

It doesn't look like a finished feature if you look at meta.tpl in 4.0.x
