Removing Authentication, News & Help Sections - Left Col
 

I'm just getting started with x-cart. I cannot figure out how to remove the Authentication, News & Help Sections from the left column. I only want Categories and Your Cart to appear.

Each time I modify customer/home.tpl, then that column stretches very wide. How can I eliminate these sections without disrupting the layout?

make sure that you remove all the code that surrounds them to ..

all the if , else business and then make sure that you put them back somewhere else as your gonna need them

to keep the columns the right size just set a width value to the cell. something like 150 pixels should do it

Thanks--that worked well for keeping the column sized correctly. However I wasn't able to get rid of everything. I still have: "Modify profile, Delete profile, Orders history" at the bottom of the column. I don't see anyother coding to remove.
