changing menu labels

i want to change the "News" label on the menu where you subscribe to the newsletter. i cant find this text, nor the text inside this box.

any help would be appreciated.

all the text is stored in the database.

see the languages link in xcart admin

what about where it says "subscribe to the monthly newsletter!" i want to change this area to have links.
