netscape

Very strange...

My menu title background color shows up fine in IE, but not in NS7.0.

Why is that?? Anyone having this same problem?

uh uhuhhu you said nutscrape... Personally I'm the type of guy who hates it with a passion. I don't choose to conform to it. Just my 2cents.

I'm not crazy about it either to be honest with you...but I would like my site to look the same in both IE and NS since they're probably the 2 most widely-used browsers.

My HTML looks fine in both...but the cart doesn't.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I know some versions of Netscape have problems handling tables. That might what is causing it.

Standards

Well, if you write valid html it will display fine in any browser. IE is just real sloppy on rendering, so it covers alot of mistakes. Netscape is more standards based. Validate your code here: http://validator.w3.org/ I know I'm bad at doing it, it's a pain to go and correct all of your code. I just correct enough to make it work ;)

I use Netscape and Mozilla on an everyday basis, and I love it. I write everything for Netscape and it always looks perfect under IE!
