I would like to add a new page, which explains our shipping options.

Now if this were html I could just make a shipping.html, but how do I add a page to xcart?

For example, go here and see where it says Shipping weight (explanation)

I want the word "explanation" to link to this new page (already done), I just dont know how to make a new page =)

The best way I've been able to do this is by useing my help pages. It a lot easier and it keeps within my look of the website.
