Displaying Categories and Sub-categories
O want to modify the categories.tpl template to display the categories with the sub-categories below it on every page. Does anyone know how to modify the template to produce this?
EX: Category1 Subcategory1 Subcategory2 Category2 Subcategory1 Subcategory2 and so on.... |
|
That's what I want to do too. Would anybody help us?
I want to show the root categories as a picture and display the subcategories all the time. We already know how to use a picture instead of text for a category, but want to know to show the subcategories all the time. |
Can you guys NOT post request in Custom Mods and please put them in the Template Editing forum ?
This is the wrong forum to ask questions. Finished code offered and discussed here. |
youll find this finished mod in the custom mods forum if you search for it
