Need to change thumbnail border link color
 

My client wants purple borders around the thumbnail graphics, so I changed the border to 1. The problem is, it is the default page link colors (blue, purple, etc.) and I need to be able to change that so the graphic border link color is always purple. How do I go about doing this?
