Create account: auto select and accept membership level
 

I'm admin for a store with one membership level that is to be applied to all registered users.

To make it easier for new customers it would be nice if:

1) the memberhip level was auto selected on the registraton form
2) the memberhip level was auto accepted and not dependant on any admin interaction.

Is there a way to do one or both of these changes?

The store is running v. 5.3.5.3
