It really bothers me that at the bottom of every Admin page it says "© 2002 - 2017 Powered by X-Cart free shopping cart" When the version of XCart I am using is most assuredly NOT free. Can I remove this in any way other than modifying the files via FTP so they won't just be overwritten on my next update?

Actually, XCart should remove it from all of us running legitimately paid for versions. I feel sorry for anyone running this platform for a customer "No Mr. Customer Person I assure you this cart platform did cost over five hundred dollars, no sir I'm not trying to scam you out of more money"

Just my thoughts on a small thing that just bothers me! :D

But the customer does not see this message on your site.

Must just be an admin side (which Mr Customer will never see) thing? Perhaps even a "Bug" or "Design Oversight!?

This can certainly be changed or removed if you like.
