Webmaster mode/Theme Tweaker not saving changes

Each time I adjust the page layout in Theme Tweaker and save the changes. The page itself does not update.

Also inside of my Look & Feel with "webmaster mode" turned on. The change made appear to be blank. (see attached)

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling theme tweaker module to no luck.

Is there any fix for this?

I was having the same issues as well but didn't see an update to this? I noticed it happening at the invoice/receipt section of our store after checkout - but it worked everywhere else.
