Create new area on side bar
 

Hi,

Does anyone know please how to add a new area on one of the side bars? I've trawled through the templates but can't find anything which might be the correct part.

I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

easiest way is to duplicate an existing one. help.tpl for example

to add the new template open customer/home.tpl and look for the include statements and you should be able to see how it works

Extra boxes
 

Use an exiting tpl file then rename it.
You can then create new a text label for it, then all you have to do to add content is insert the html in the languages section.
This works for adding images in the side menus too.

Adding the box
 

Forgot to add, after you have made the tpl file, go to customer home tpl and add the include line in the position you want the box to appear.
