shipping option based on payment option 5.2.13
 

I updated to the 5.2.13 and prior to updating everything, I had it setup to only allow cash payment when the pickup option was chosen for shipping. I tried to follow the steps here http://kb.x-cart.com/display/XDD/Making+payment+method+depend+on+shipping+method however there is no id for the shipping_method id# shown in the address bar for my local pickup option.

I want the pickup option to be the only shipping option available when they click the cash payment option. Is there a way to configure this in 5.2.13?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to create a custom module for this.
Out of the box XC5 cannot be configured in that way, unfortunately.

Also, the article explains how to make the list of payment methods depend on the selected shipping method.
But you need the opposite thing - you need the pickup to be the only available shipping method when users select a particular payment method.
