Frames?
I'm trying to include an external computer system configurator into my store. The computer company says to use frames. Is it possible to use frames in xcart?

Anything is possible but some things are more possible than others. If you mean integrating this configurator into X-carts shopping cart functionality then this would mean some very serious modification.
Using frames will require a lot of modification as well and you may run into lots of problems. Probably your best bet it to get a mod written by the X-cart developers especially for this configurator software. This would allow X-cart to import all the relevant info, thus bypassing the need for dreadful frames. It may not be cheap but worth asking... |
