Does anybody know of a x-cart mod that does this on order confirmation pages?:

Those comments are then automatically inserted into product pages (after they've gone through moderation). Ideally in a separate tab like this: http://screencast.com/t/cHZs0uJ4UgXg

Not aware of anything like this but shouldn't be hard to code
