SQL Query Backend

I'm trying to run a query on all pages on the admin side of my site. Is there any one .php file that runs on every page of the admin end that I can put the query into?
I tried admin/home.php with no luck.
Any ideas?

May I ask what problem you are trying to solve with this?
Maybe there is another way to achieve that.

I am trying to have a notification on my top bar reminding me about upcoming holidays, so i can work out a sale or whatever.
I created a table with all the info, but I can only get it to show on very specific pages
