cannot upload logo
 

hello, can anyone help?
I can not upload a jpeg picture of our logo. I followed teh instruction in the video, I read the manual, I do exactly as it is shown on the video, but...the picture of the logo and favicon are not displaying at all

Hello.
Could you please clarify how you upload the logo to your store?
Do you use the built-in functionality in the 'Look & Feel' > 'Logo & Favicon' section?
If so, what do you see there after the images are uploaded? Could you please provide a screenshot?
