Changing to Small Store Scheme - two questions about
 

I am under instense pressure, because I just moved from MIVA to x-cart.

I'd like to (and will in the future) edit the template skin to fit in with the look and feel of my site ( www.gentleplace.com ) but for now I think I should start out with the small store scheme (blue & small store like in the demo on the xcart website).

* Before I make this change, is it true that then the other parameters are changeble in the normal way, after the small store scheme is used?

(For your information, I do not want catagories and will always have less than 20 products)

I am assuming there is a small line of code to edit in the template to avoid a complete re-installation. (the xcart team did the installation yesterday)

* Can you tell me which file to edit and what to change?

Actually, they should have included your install files and an authorization code to use them. You should rerun the install program, turning off the database install and then you can select the type of layout and colors.

If you need help, let me know and I will give you a hand. Its pretty easy.
