Lost all language labels
 

Hello my site suddenly lost all of the language labels, the ones that can be edited (http://kb.x-cart.com/display/XDD/Editing+texts+and+labels+in+your+store). Is there a way to retrieve them again or at least load the default language labels for English? Is there a CSV file available somewhere?

What did you do before they lost? Probably, you have a store's backup where they are present. I feel, this is the only way to get them back.

If you want to download language labels as CSV file, you can go to the Store setup > Translations section in admin area and click CSV icon near the language:
