Product description upload problem - Please help
 

When trying to upload products using CSV, whatever is written in the product description just re-formats to plain text. Even though it is uploaded with some html. This hasn't been a problem before for us. This is on v 4.6.5.

Any ideas why the html formatting isn't working?! Thanks in advance

It seems you use the non-trusted account

The checkbox is
'Allow this provider to use active content on product pages.
'

We have a single X-Cart Gold Plus license. Is this still the same answer? As we can not find the checkbox for Allow this provider to use active content on product pages.

There are two solutions

1)Remove the '<script src="' string from your csv

2)Apply the patch
allow_tags.diff
