can't change order_invoice.tpl

Well, I'm using xcart 4.6.5. If i change a single character in order_invoice.tpl xcart stops sending notifications.

any ideas? I need to change the order invoice layout like I have done before.

I'm using a copy of ideal_responsive

I think there are two possibilities.

1. There might be a smarty code error on invoice template after you did modification
2. The file got corrupted while uploading via FTP

Check the Logs, you will find exact issue.

I vaguely remember having problems with that when I tried to rearrange it and I gave up in the end
