Need 2 Fields in Product Details Page

I need a module for a field that will appear in the Product Details Page above the "In stock" Line.

I need to be able to plug in text on the back end like "8" or "7-9" and have it appear as "Est. Adult Weight 7-9 lbs"

I would also like another field as "Parent's Adult Weight is 9 lbs"

Let me know if that's not clear, I can't imagine this is complicated?

What version of XC are you asking for? XC5 right?
