My cart only counts how many different types of items
 

My cart only counts how many different types of items are in it, and not how many individual items are in it. Do you understand what I mean?

Here is an example:
Say someone adds 3 of one product, and 5 of another...the cart says there are only 2 items in it and not 8. This is b/c it is counting only how many different items there are and not the total indvidual items...is there a workaround for this?

There's one on the forum somewhere, I think boomer posted a work around for it, but I'm no 100% sure, best to use that search and see what you can dig up.
