One language for http, Multi-Languages for https
I'm wondering if this would be possible. I'm thinking the setup could be like so:
One version of x-cart in http One version of x-cart in https Both using the same database. How then could I edit the files of http to only use English, while the https could use both? Any thoughts, comments, solutions? Thanks. |
wow, as far as i know, you cant have two versions running off the same database. actually i have tried doing something like that and it just doesn't work. both systems are clashing with each other, etc. maybe BOOMER has a way to make it work. let me know if you find a soluton to it though :P

you would need to put an {if} statement inside the loop section of the languages drop down.
it would check if your in http or https and then only display the language your want. |
