I want to change price that is shown on 'customers also bought' to how prices are shown in 'Featured products'. "Featured products" shows "As low as" price but "customers also bought" show only piece price.

This is most likely some custom coded feature you have there as stock XC doesn't have this. So same has to be custom coded for the "also bought" section
