Sidebar Displaying Twice

I have built a custom skin and the only file I modified really from default was the main.center.left.tpl and now for some reason the sidebar is displaying twice on my all my pages. Anyone have any clue as to what I might have done wrong?? What file tells the sidebar to be displayed? Could it be looping that file?
