Ideal Responsive theme disable responsive

I'm using ideal responsive theme with xcart mobile, is there anyway to disable responsive part of this theme.

Sure you can keep the skin from resizing. There are several ways to do this with CSS. You could remove all the media queries from altskin.css, or you could define a media query at the bottom that overrides the ones above.
